-NGO "EUREKA club" was founded in 1997
Mission of the organization:
-Forming civil society.
Boka Kotorska is a cultural entity and due to its historical, cultural and economical characteristics included in world cultural heritage. Recent events have ruined those values and moved this area away from modern civilization flow.
Vision of the organization:
-Bring back to Boka Kotorska the dignity and style of civilized environment which is the part of world civilization flow.
Aim of the organization:
-Spreading communication culture, habits and needs with children and young people as a precondition for personal development of the young and their integration into modern civilization flow and acquisition of modern values and achievements: piece, non-violence, tolerance and understanding.
Organization activity:
-To accomplish the mission and fulfill the vision the organization has managed a number of children and youth education programs to enable them to use modern communication technology as the fastest way to acquire modern civilization values and integrate into civilization flow.
To reach the aim, the organization has started a computer school and programming school, as well as computer courses for adults.
Computer school and programming school
-The schools are working from the first days of the organization, and their activities include more than 1000 children aged 6-15, which makes 70% of elementary school population of Tivat. These activities helped Tivat, as the area of work of the organization becomes the town whose children know computers best in the region.
Financing
-Since the start until today, the organization is self sponsored which enables it to stay autonomous and independent, and carry out the projects and accomplish the mission and goals. In order to provide finances for its work, the organization carries out a number of activities from information engineering and intellectual services:
-It became a service for technical and information support for the citizens, companies and institutions of Tivat and Kotor, bringing the quality of its service to a very high level.
-We have set new standards in education of children and youth as well as training adults. The proof of our success is the certificate we have been given by State Employment Agency.
- The organization has a license for making business plans and investment elaborates.
- Programming school has become a standard in the field of computer education of children and youth in this area. Programming training of computer language C# is first such realized project outside Microsoft corporation, educating people enabling them to take part in projects realized in this language.
- Web design school made it possible for the school to create web site tivat-info.com which represents Tivat, and its economical and intellectual resources best, enabling companies to represent themselves on the internet and providing our organization with a part of funds necessary for our budget.
- We recommend our numerous applications and design ideas from the field.

-In its past work, the organization has cooperated successfully with many organizations, institutions, and individuals, of which the most important cooperation we had with NGO Save The Children UK, Municipality of Tivat, State Employment agency, NGO Literary Youth of Tivat, NGO Carobnjak Tivat, numerous organizations, banks, institutions and individuals in Kotor and Tivat, music school "SOMO" Tivat, artistic societies, elementary and high schools in Tivat, Kotor and Herceg Novi.
